How to track an existing ticket?

  1. To track your ticket(s), please visit https://craftmeow.support/ticket.php
  2. Once there, locate the ticket tracking ID in the email you received. It will look something like: XXX-XXX-XXXX. 
  3. Enter this tracking ID along with your email address to access your ticket(s).

Check your SPAM folder.

Once you've created a ticket or received any updates, the system will promptly send you an email. If you don't see it in your inbox, kindly take a moment to check your SPAM folder.
